    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our content creation and social media management services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

    2. Services Provided

    Ambedo offers content creation services and social media management, including video editing, content optimization, and distribution across various platforms.

    Users must provide only content for which they have legal rights and which complies with the content guidelines of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.

    3. User Responsibilities

    You are responsible for ensuring that any content provided to Ambedo for creation or management:

    • Adheres to the terms and policies of the relevant social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
    • Does not infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy, or violate any local or international laws
    • You grant Ambedo the right to use, modify, and publish the content for the purposes of providing the services

    4. Payments and Subscriptions

    Ambedo uses Stripe for processing payments.

    Payments are made through monthly subscriptions, with no cancellation fees.

    Users must pay any additional fees for video creation services necessary for onboarding. In case of failed payments, services may be paused until the payment is successfully processed.

    5. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

    As per the European Union consumer protection laws, you are entitled to cancel your contract within 14 days of the service commencement without providing any reason.

    For cancellations made after the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

    To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us via email.

    6. Data Collection and Privacy

    We collect and store personal data that specifically identifies a user unless provided by the user (such as email, nickname, business descriptions, content).

    All files uploaded by users for the purpose of content creation remain under the content.

    We use cookies and third-party tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other website visitor identification tools, to analyse website traffic and optimize marketing efforts. You can opt out of non-essential cookies at any time.

    We respect and comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    7. Intellectual Property

    You retain ownership of any content you provide to Ambedo. However, by submitting content, you grant Ambedo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purposes of providing the services.

    Ambedo retains ownership of any original content created by our team, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    8. Liability

    Ambedo provides the services "as is" and does not offer any warranties regarding the accuracy or performance of the services.

    We do not accept liability for any errors, downtime, or data loss incurred during the provision of the services.

    9. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes that arise from these Terms will be resolved in-house through negotiation or through the appropriate courts, unless absolutely necessary.

    Both parties agree to resolve disputes as humanly as possible, prioritizing a collaborative solution.

    10. Updates to Terms

    Ambedo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email or through our website.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania and the European Union. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through in-house mediation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lithuania.
